Day 302

We were out and about running errands this afternoon and as we were stopped at the light ( you will notice it is red, so I was completely stopped before taking this picture) I noticed not only the dark clouds to the east of us, but how intense the light coming from the west hit the shopping center in front of us. I just thought it was a really cool display of God's awesomeness.

Day 301

As I was taking Andy to preschool this afternoon, I finally noticed my neighbors red maple and had to snap a photo. I love the colors of the green evergreen, the red maple and the yellow something or other plant that I don't really know and the moss on the rock. Just a fun picture of God's wonderful creation.

Day 184

It does not get any more clear blue than this. God has blessed us with an early start to summer and it's just wonderful to not have to wait until July 5th. Normally, Seattle has a cold, rainy Independence Day and then summer begins. But this year, it started a few days early.

Day 161

As we were driving home this afternoon, I had to stop the car in order to let the deer cross. Unfortunately, my iPhone isn't very speedy in getting ready to snap photos, so the deer are already across to the other side, but you can still see then on the driveway. It's a daily reminder of where we live and how we must interact with God's wonderful creation.

Day 158

I walked out the front door this afternoon and discovered a fun little deposit from nature. A spider had left who knows how many eggs, but they were attached to my front deck ready to take off and fly away. Okay, maybe I've read Charlotte's Web a few too many time.

Day 21

This morning the fog was still hanging on later than usual. I went to let the dog outside and noticed the sun had started shining though the fog and the woods behind our house. I used the scenery setting on my camera and was pretty pleased with my little Casio.
